Who has the better shared data plan AT&T or Verizon?

AT&T has officially announced their “Mobile share” plan and along with Verizon Wireless there will soon be a few family plan options for data services that customers can choose from. These types of plans are typically not ideal for individuals, but families, offices and large groups of really good friends might want to consider them as a viable option. This because the more people that sign up, the lower the price becomes per gigabyte of data used. If someone is a heavy data user, it might be best for them to stick with the individual plan to avoid hogging up all of the data that should be shared with everyone. Each companies plan comes with unlimited minutes, a basic phone costs around $30. Both companies charge $15 for additional gigabytes although Verizon Wireless allows users to purchase additional data when you are nearing your limit.
