Global Carrier That Just Expanded Wests

If you haven’t already heard of TeliaSonera then you definitely will soon. This great carrier enabled digital communications on a whole new level whether that is wireless or the actual internet cables beneath you that help keep the internet a growing and fun place.

Whether you are familiar with fiber optics or not, you should know it is what enabled fast-speed internet communications for individuals and businesses and they just expanded with 11,500 of internet connected fiber in the US meaning they are ready to help power the internet at a whole new level. They actually offer a full portfolio of Internet related communications services ranging from International voice and IPX to IP, transport and other services to customers in 85 countries around the world. 

Perhaps one of the coolest things is that they are one of the top five IP providers in the Americas and they are still growing. They own and operate their own fiber network they are not just buying and renting from other people. They have expanded all the way to the west with a northern route through Kansas and Denver and a south route through Atlanta, Houston and Phoenix among other cities, were just touching some of our favorite biggies.

Don’t forget San Fran, Palo Alto, San Jose, and their Los Angeles routes. I wouldn’t be a true Silicon Valley lover, and previous inhabitant, without mentioning the Norcal routes. Seeing as I am from Orange County I had to mention the LA route too.
